Account deletion
This page explains how to delete Kantharos-related data. It is intended to satisfy App Store / Google Play account-deletion expectations.
Kantharos app data on your device
Uninstalling the Kantharos app removes local app data on that device (including locally stored settings and keys held in the app’s storage). You can also clear app data from your OS settings before uninstalling.
Waitlist / support records we hold
If you emailed us or joined a waitlist, request deletion by emailing legal@kantharos.ai from the same address, with subject line “Delete my Kantharos data.” We will delete or anonymize personal data we control within a reasonable period, unless we must retain it for legal reasons.
Hermes / Nous accounts
Your Hermes Cloud / Nous account, agents, and chat history are controlled by Nous / Hermes. Delete or manage that data in their product and account settings. Kantharos cannot delete your Hermes tenancy for you.
